Who is Atkins Abstracting?
Frances Atkins is the owner and founder of this company, a small family oriented business with a desire to help others accomplish their goals.
Whether you are wanting to purchase a small tract of property or a large commercial tract we can help you discover the status and condition of the title to this property.
Since 1985 Frances has been affiliated or owned a Title business.
Working part time for local attorneys as soon as she got out of high school and working through college at one of the oldest Title firms in Knoxville. I spent many years working underneath attorneys whose specialty was real estate title. I gained much knowledge and I am very thankful for that opportunity.
However nothing stays the same, so when I had my son, life changed. I wanted to be there for him as much as possible, so I found my niche doing freelance title abstracting. I enjoyed every minute of it.
Atkins Abstracting was formed in 2000 working for local Title Companies, Banks and Attorneys. I have been honored to serve many wonderful people in the greater Upper Cumberland area.
